The current GB/T connector and vehicle inlet specifications list IP55 protection, an operating temperature range of −30°C to +50°C, UL94 V-0 housing material performance, and a mechanical lifespan of more than 10,000 mating cycles. These ratings apply across the current G3.0 and G4.0 DC connectors, G1.0 AC connector, and AC/DC vehicle inlet range. The applicable protection condition and final configuration should still be confirmed against the selected model, installation method, and operating environment.
The connector configuration must be matched with the charger’s current profile and cooling architecture. Key parameters include the coolant medium, flow rate, operating pressure, cable length, coolant capacity, and charger-side cooling connections. The G4.0 supports water-glycol or silicone-oil configurations, with a reference coolant flow of 1.5–3 L/min and pressure of approximately 3.5–8 bar. Final system parameters should be confirmed for the selected 400A or 600A max-current configuration.
Project-based options are available for cable length and tail-end processing, including charger-side termination requirements. Please provide the required current, voltage, cable length, stripping dimensions, terminal requirements, and charger-side wiring details. The final cable assembly is subject to engineering confirmation based on the selected product configuration and operating conditions.
The standard vehicle inlet assembly includes the inlet, protective cover, cable assembly, electronic lock, and temperature sensor. Cable tail-end processing is configured according to the vehicle-side connection requirements. For project confirmation, please provide the required AC or DC configuration, current, voltage, phase where applicable, cable length, installation drawing, cable routing, and tail-end stripping or terminal requirements. The final assembly will be confirmed according to the vehicle platform and installation layout.
